    India is reporting nearly seven thousand cases of Coronavirus daily, after the outrage of a new variant of Coronavirus “Omicron” the world is afraid of COVID-19 another wave.

    In this article we are going to discuss the Omricon cases in india today, as we know the WHO i.e. The World Health Organization has named the Omicron as “Variant of Concern”, and it is really concerning for the whole world.

    As the cases of Omicron variant of coronavirus spread in India, Prime Minister Narendra Modi will hold a meeting on the Covid-19 situation in the country on Thursday.

    India has recorded 238 cases of this variant so far across 15 states and Union Territories.

    According to the Union Health Ministry, 90 of the infected people have either recovered or migrated.

    Meanwhile, the Delhi government has banned mass gatherings during Christmas and New Year celebrations in a bid to curb further spread of the Omicron variant.

    Omicron Cases In India Today

    Update: As of 22 December 2021, India has reported 213 Omicron Cases.

    As of 21 December 2021, India has reported 200 cases of Omicron (Coronavirus). Of 200 cases, 123 cases are active, and the remaining 77 have been discharged or recovered.

    This is a good thing the Government of India is working to stop the spread of a new variant of this deadly virus, and we can also say that the vaccines have also helped India to defeat the virus.

    Two states of India — Maharashtra, and Delhi have reported the highest number of Omicron (Coronavirus) cases, till 21 December 2021, 55 – 55 cases of Omicron are reported respectively in Maharashtra and Delhi.

    What should we do to fight with Omicron?

    To fight with the Omicron (we) citizens of India can help our country by following the portals and guidelines which are issued by the Government of India.

    We should work together to defeat the new deadly variant of Coronavirus.

    You are aware of the fact that the first case of Omicron was detected in South Africa, and after that, it spread throughout the globe.

    Because of our government’s stand now it seems that the third wave COVID-19 will not arrive in India, we all want it to happen, but we need to be prepared for it, we can’t take the new variant of Coronavirus lightly.

    It is good to hear that even a month after the identification of the new COVID-19 variant India has only reported 200 cases, but no one knows what will happen in the future if the new variant of Coronavirus breakout then the third wave COVID-19 will surely come in India.
