‘Yellow’ alert sounded in Delhi and several restrictions imposed in the national capital under the Graded Response Action Plan (GRAP) after a spike in COVID-19 cases. Cinema halls/ theatres/ multiplexes ordered to remain close and this affects the Bollywood industry again, especially ‘Movie-83.’
The digital rights of the Ranveer Singh-Deepika Padukone starrer ’83’ is own by Netflix. The release date is ready to be announce and fans are super excited about it.
According to several media reports, OTT giant Netflix the rights of ’83.’ While an official confirmation is awaited, it is expected that the makers will soon announce a date. If reports are to be believe, the film may release in the first week of January 2022.
Kabir Khan’s directorial ’83’, which revolves around India’s historical 1983 Cricket World Cup win, stars Ranveer Singh as Kapil Dev, who was the captain of the Indian team in 1983.
Interestingly, Ranveer’s wife actor Deepika Padukone seen playing Romi, Kapil Dev’s wife in ’83’.
