The most recent Forbes World’s Billionaires list has been published, with Bernard Arnault and his family securing the leading position with a net worth of $235.6 billion. Mukesh Ambani, Chairman of Reliance Industries (RIL), has been ranked in the 10th position on the list.
The Forbes mentioned that the net worth of the top 10 richest people is more than the the GDP of several countries. The prestigious business magazine in the world stated that the top 10 richest persons’ wealth is primarily concentrated in technology, finance, and retail industries. It further stated that staggering wealth disparity between them and the less privileged is a significant concern for people across the globe.

The Forbes top richest people in the world list included Amazon founder Jeff Bezos in the second position with a net worth of $192.8 billion, Elon Musk, the CEO of Tesla and SpaceX, secured the third rank with a net worth of $188.5 billion.
Forbes included Facebook’s Mark Zuckerberg with a net worth of $169.8 billion in the fourth position, while Oracle’s Larry Ellison with a net worth of $154.6 billion and Warren Buffet, co-founder, chairman and CEO of Berkshire Hathaway with a net worth of $135.0 billion were ranked 5th and 6th, respectively.
Microsoft co-founder Bill Gates with a net worth of $129.5 billion was placed at 7th position, and Microsoft ex-CEO Steve Ballmer was placed at 8th with a net worth of $123.5 billion.
Larry Page, the co-founder of Google, secured the 9th rank in the Forbes richet list. His net worth was mentioned as $118.3 billion.
