The police took Allu Arjun into custody.

A team of officers from the Chikkadpally police station in Hyderabad arrived at Allu Arjun’s home in Jubilee Hills and apprehended him. The authorities then brought him to the police station for questioning.

The incident took place on the night of December 4 when a massive crowd of fans gathered at the Sandhya Theatre near the bustling RTC Crossroads to catch a glimpse of the actor.

The police identified the woman who died as Revathi. She was with her son, Sri Teja, who also experienced suffocation and is currently receiving treatment in a hospital, where he is recovering.

Police reported that the authorities filed a case against the actor, his security team, and the theatre management at the Chikkadpally police station under sections 105 and 118(1) of the Bharatiya Nyaya Sanhita (BNS), following a complaint from the deceased’s family.
