Official Booked in UP Board Exam Paper Leak: Investigation Underway
The WhatsApp group involved in the leak included 125 officials, among them the Etah District Magistrate, District School Inspector (DIOS), Static Magistrate, Sector Magistrate, and the Center Superintendent. Static Magistrate Brijesh Kumar stated, “After identifying the issue, I questioned Anju Yadav and removed the paper from the group. I then reported the matter to District School Inspector Dr. Indrajit Singh.”

Following the incident, Kumar lodged a complaint at Jaithra Police Station on Saturday evening.
He said, “The authorities registered a case against Anju Yadav under the relevant sections of the Uttar Pradesh Public Examination (Prevention of Unfair Means) Act, 2024, based on the complaint. They have seized her mobile phone and are investigating to determine the full extent of the incident.”
