    A property worth Rs 1500 crore! India’s richest man Mukesh Ambani’s gift to his longtime employee

    Mukesh Ambani, India’s richest man, not only has a large financial balance, but he also has a large heart! A gift to one of his long-term employees, Manoj Modi, who is commonly referred to be Ambani’s right hand, is proof of this. Mukesh Ambani, Chairman and Managing Director of Reliance Industries, recently presented Modi with a multi-story structure worth crores.

    Modi is widely regarded as the man responsible for the success of all multibillion-dollar transactions at the country’s most valuable corporation. Ambani presented Modi with a 22-story structure as a reward, and not just any old building; the property is located on Nepean Sea Road, a prestigious neighbourhood in Mumbai. According to Magicbricks.com, the millionaire gifted this building a few months ago.

    Director of Reliance Jio and Retail Modi is a long-time employee of Reliance Industries (RIL) who was recently gifted a 22 storey building by none other than RIL boss Mukesh Ambani. The location of the new property, named ‘Vrindavan’ is a posh locality of Mumbai on Nepean Sea Road. Notably, JSW Group chairman and managing director Sajjan Jindal also lives in Maheshwari house at Nepean Sea road. 

    The residential properties on Nepean Sea Road generally cost between Rs 45,100 to Rs 70,600 per square foot. Modi’s new tall building is worth a whopping Rs 1,500 crore. Each of its floor is spread over 8,000 square feet and the total area of the building is 1.7 lakh square feet.

    Meanwhile, Modi has sold two apartments in Mumbai. The cost of the flats was Rs 41.5 crore, the registration document showed. Both are located in Raheja Vivarea in Mahalaxmi, with one being on the 28th floor and spread over a 2,597 sq ft area, the other was on the 29th floor.
