    Nainital High Court issues a warning that “No admission without a mask” because of rising Covid fears

    The Nainital High Court on Monday issued a notification stating that there will be no access inside the courtroom without masks due to mounting concerns about an increase in Covid-19 across the nation. To stop the fatal illness from spreading further, the Nainital High Court ordered all officers, employees, attorneys, and parties to follow Covid safety guidelines and wear masks.

    The announcement stated that wearing a mask would be the sole way to enter the courtroom at the Nainital High Court due to the threat of Covid-19 spreading. On Chief Justice Vipin Shanghvi’s instructions, the High Court’s Registrar issued the notification. According to the announcement, the Registrar has also given instructions to keep all courtrooms sanitized and to forbid congestion inside the courts.
