    The Bangladesh High Court has urged the government to take prompt action to address the situation, citing concerns over the safety of Hindus.

    A petition was filed with the Bangladesh High Court on Wednesday, seeking a ban on ISKCON and a state of emergency in Chittagong and Rangpur due to rising violence against Hindus and ongoing protests.

    The High Court requested information from the Bangladesh government on the actions it has taken concerning ISKCON’s recent activities, according to The Daily Star.

    The High Court directed Attorney General Md Asaduzzaman to report on the government’s actions by Thursday after lawyer Moniruzzaman presented articles on ISKCON. The court urged immediate action to ensure the safety of religious minorities.
