Noida Police detained YouTuber and Bigg Boss OTT 2 champion, Elvish Yadav, on Sunday, in relation to an investigation regarding the purported utilization of snake venom as a leisure substance at a gathering. According to a on Monday, sources within the police claim that Elvish admitted to facilitating the presence of snakes and snake venom at rave events he organized.

Elvish Yadav Admits Knowledge of Suspects in Snake Venom Case
During questioning, Elvish Yadav, who had earlier denied any connection to the snake venom case, admitted to knowing the other suspects arrested last year for supplying snake venom. All five individuals – Rahul (32), Teetunath (45), Jaikaran (50), Narayan (50), and Ravinath (45) – residents of Moharband village in southeast Delhi’s Badarpur area, were apprehende and later granted bail, as identified by the authorities.

Noida Police Arrest Elvish Yadav in Snake Venom Case
Elvish Yadav, a popular YouTuber and singer from Gurugram, gained fame by winning the Big Boss OTT 2 reality competition, hosted by Salman Khan in 2023. On Sunday, the Noida police apprehended Elvish Yadav in connection with the snake venom case, where he and five others stand accused of allegedly distributing snake venom at rave gatherings in the National Capital Region.
Last year, on November 3rd, Elvish and five others were charged under the Wildlife (Protection) Act and Section 120 B (criminal conspiracy) of the Indian Penal Code for purportedly supplying snake venom to a party held in Noida’s Sector 51. The incident unfolded following a report from animal welfare activist Gaurav Gupta, affiliated with the NGO People For Animals, who approached the Sector 49 police station.
