    The Nagpur bench of the Bombay High Court has recently issued a strong warning. To the Secretary of Maharashtra’s Higher and Technical Education Department.     This warning emerged during the hearing of a contempt petition filed by Suresh Pangul, who sought the release of service benefits. A division bench consisting of Justice Nitin Sambre and Justice Abhay Mantri issued a summons to Dr. Shailendra Deolankar, Director of Higher Education. Dr. Deolankar was required to appear in court to address the issue of the delayed grants. The court highlighted the urgency of the matter and expressed frustration over the lack of progress. Justice Sambre emphasized that any further delays in releasing the necessary funds would lead to judicial action.

    Court Informs Government Pleader of Funds Delay for MNLU Projects

    Dr. Deolankar appeared in court, where Justice Sambre informed government pleader Devendra Chavan that Justice Bhushar Gavai. Justice Sambre directed that the Secretary of Higher and Technical Education and the Director of the Directorate of Higher Education be formally notified of the situation and urged to address the court’s concerns without delay.
