This initiative was taken by Sunil Raisoni, Chairman, Raisoni Group of Institutions with the motto to ‘Ensure the existence of RGI till infinity’.
This initiative aims on Academic Leadership and Design Training modules for all the teaching as well as non-teaching staff of Raisoni Group of Institutions.
Due to Corona pandemic motivation and some activities are needed to inspire the academic and non-academic staff.
Dr Surekha Thacker, Director, School of Academic Leadership was the chief guest during the inauguration along with Sunil Raisoni. Dr Sachin Untawale, Director of GHRCE delivered the introductory remarks.
Training of phase 1 for ‘Middle Management Leaders’, the deans, coordinators and senior faculty members was organised on September 29 where 30 participants attended the programme.
These training modules cover leadership attributes, how to be an effective leader and an excellent communicator and how to handle research projects.
It will focus on academic leader’s personal as well as public victory.
