I was studying at the film institute, and there, everyone grappled with the challenge of stepping out and making a film. How would it happen? Who would be the producer? Who would be the actor? In the common room, where we would occasionally gather to watch TV, there was a series running called ‘Circus.’ One day, there was a scene on a platform, and I vividly remember it to this day. I even recall the camera angle. There was a monologue.”
