Ghost of Tsushima Director’s Cut, the open-world action-adventure game developed by Sucker Punch. He is making its way to PC, joining the growing list of first-party PlayStation titles that have expanded to Windows. Scheduled for release on May 16, the PC port is being handled by Nixxes Software. A Sony-owned studio renowned for their work on PC adaptations. Other PlayStation exclusives like Marvel’s Spider-Man Remastered and Ratchet & Clank: Rift Apart.

The announcement, shared on the PlayStation Blog by Nixxes, revealed that the studio has dedicated a year to crafting this PC version. The Director’s Cut edition of Ghost of Tsushima for PC will encompass the entire game. the Iki Island expansion, and the cooperative online multiplayer Legends mode.

Ghost of Tsushima on PC will feature platform-specific

To cater to the PC gaming experience, Ghost of Tsushima on PC will feature platform-specific enhancements such as unlocked frame rates. A comprehensive array of graphical settings and presets, and customizable mouse and keyboard controls. Nixxes assured ultrawide monitor support, optimizing the game for 21:9 and 32:9 resolutions, even accommodating. An extravagant 48:9 resolution for triple monitor setups. Advanced performance technologies like Nvidia DLSS 3, AMD FSR 3, and Intel XeSS with AI upscaling and frame generation options will enhance the gameplay experience. Users with high-end hardware can further elevate image quality by opting for Nvidia DLAA or FSR 3 Native AA.

Extensive controller support is promised for the PC port. while various controllers will be compatible. the PlayStation DualSense controller stands out for its ability to provide enhanced immersion through features like haptic feedback and adaptive triggers. Originally released as a PlayStation exclusive for the PS4 in 2020. Ghost of Tsushima received a Director’s Cut version in 2021 for both PS5 and PS4, introducing the Iki Island expansion. Set against the backdrop of the first Mongol invasion of Japan, the game follows Jin Sakai, a samurai seeking vengeance.
