Shah Rukh Khan Arrives in Abu Dhabi for IIFA 2024, Fans Call Him ‘Last Star’

Shah Rukh Khan has arrived in Abu Dhabi, Dubai, for the 2024 International Indian Film Academy (IIFA) Awards, scheduled for September 26. The actor was escorted with tight security upon landing at the airport. After a considerable break, Shah Rukh will return to host IIFA 2024, joined by his friend and fellow filmmaker, Karan Johar.

Shah Rukh Khan arrives at Abu Dhabi for IIFA 2024

Shah Rukh Khan was spotted in a casual outfit as he smiled and waved to fans. Despite the security around him. He was dressed in a white t-shirt and pants, complemented by a black cap featuring a red cross, black sunglasses, and white flat shoes. As he made his way to his hotel, photographers and fans surrounded him, eager for a glimpse. About IIFA 2024

Earlier, Shah Rukh Khan shared his thoughts on hosting, saying, “IIFA celebrates Indian cinema globally, and being part of it has been incredible. I’m excited to bring the energy, passion, and grandeur of IIFA to life. Again for an unforgettable celebration this September!”. IIFA 2024 will be a three-day event, running from September 27 to 29. The first day, September 27, will feature IIFA Utsavam, celebrating the four South Indian film industries. Day 2, September 28, will be dedicated to the IIFA Awards night, and the final day, September 29, will focus on IIFA Rocks, highlighting the music industry. Vicky Kaushal will also join Shah Rukh and Karan Johar in co-hosting IIFA 2024.

Shah Rukh Khan was last seen in Rajkumar Hirani’s 2024 film Dunki. His upcoming project is Sujoy Ghosh’s action-thriller King. Where he portrays an underworld don, sharing the screen with his daughter, Suhana Khan. The movie also features notable actors like Abhishek Bachchan, Abhay Verma, Fahim Fazli, and others in significant roles. Additionally, Shah Rukh is set to start filming for Aditya Chopra’s Tiger vs Pathaan. A spin-off in YRF’s expanding spy universe, which includes upcoming films like War 2 and Alpha.
