    Elon Musk, SpaceX CEO, believes that within 30 years, humans could be living in a city on Mars. In response to an X user who claimed that a Mars landing is just a few years away, the 52-year-old billionaire stated, “Uncrewed missions in less than 5 years, manned missions in less than 10, a city in 20 years, definitely within 30 years, securing civilization.” Musk’s passion for Mars colonization is well-known, and he has consistently advocated for establishing a human settlement on the Red Planet.

    In February, Mr. Elon Musk revealed his “game plan” to relocate one million people to Mars, though he did not specify a deadline.

    “Starship is the largest rocket ever built and it will take us to Mars,” tweeted Tesla Owners Silicon Valley. Mr. Musk responded, “We are devising a strategy to transport a million people to Mars. Civilization overcomes the single-planet Great Filter only when Mars can sustain itself without resupply from Earth.”
