    Elon Musk Says Need To Move X Employees In Brazil To “Safe Place”

    Elon Musk, CEO of Tesla and owner of X (formerly known as Twitter), has expressed concern for the safety of the company’s employees in Brazil amid ongoing legal issues. In response to an investigation initiated by a Brazilian judge regarding allegations of spreading disinformation, Musk stated that if the employees are not moved to a safe location or relieved of their responsibilities, X would release a “full data dump.”

    Musk’s comments were prompted by a tweet from Nikolas Ferreira de Oliveira, a Brazilian politician associated with the Liberal Party. Musk further emphasized the urgency of the situation, mentioning that X employees had been threatened with arrest.

    Last year, Moraes also ordered an investigation into executives at social messaging platform Telegram and Alphabet’s Google. Who were in charge of a campaign criticizing a proposed internet regulation bill.
