Stampede at Bandra Terminus Injures Nine Passengers Due to Overcrowding
In a stampede incident early on Sunday morning at Bandra Terminus, nine passengers were injured following overcrowding on Platform No. 1. The stampede occurred around 2:55 a.m. as passengers waited for Train No. 22921, Bandra-Gorakhpur Express, which was scheduled to depart at 5:10 a.m.
Nine injured passengers were taken to a hospital, with two reported in critical condition and the other seven in stable condition.
