    Mr. Vaidya mentioned that there has been a significant turnout of youth attending RSS Sangh training programs. Annually, around 15,000 to 17,000 young individuals participate in the ‘Pratham Shiksha Varg’ (First Year Class). While approximately 100,000 attend the ‘Prathamik Shiksha Varg’ (Primary Education Class), he stated. Speaking at a press conference held during the Rashtriya Swayamsevak Sangh’s annual ‘Akhil Bharatiya Pratinidhi Sabha’. Which commenced in Nagpur today. Mr. Vaidya also announced revisions to the content and names of their yearly training programs, effective immediately.

    He outlined that minor adjustments have been made to the 7-day ‘Prathamik Shiksha Varg’. The 20-day ‘Sangh Shiksha Varg-Pratham Varsh’. the 20-day ‘Sangh Shiksha Varg-Dvitya Varsh’, and the 25-day ‘Sangh Shiksha Varg-Tritiya Varsh’ training programs.

    RSS has introduced a new 3-day ‘Prarambhik Varg’ program

    According to Mr. Vaidya, the Rashtriya Swayamsevak Sangh (RSS) has introduced a new 3-day ‘Prarambhik Varg’ program for new Sangh workers. Following this, new recruits will undergo the ‘Prathamik Shiksha Varg’, followed by a 15-day ‘Sangh Shiksha Varg’, previously known as ‘Sangh Shiksha Varg-Pratham Varsh’, which used to last for 20 days.

    Mr. Vaidya noted that there is a significant participation of youth in Sangh training programs. With approximately 15,000 to 17,000 young individuals attending the ‘Pratham Shiksha Varg’ and about 100,000 in the ‘Prathamik Shiksha Varg’.

    Moving forward, the duration of the ‘Sangh Shiksha Varg’ (Pratham Varsh) will be reduced to 15 days, as per Mr. Vaidya’s announcement. Additionally, the previous training classes known as ‘Dvitya Varsha’ and ‘Tritya Varsh’ will now be renamed ‘Karyakarta Vikas Varg-1’ and ‘Karyakarta Vikas Varg-2’, respectively.

    Mr. Vaidya mentioned that there have been slight adjustments in the content of the ‘Tritya Varsh’ class. Which now includes behavioral training by taking trainees to the field for 5 days. He emphasized that these changes in syllabus and nomenclature will be implemented from this year onwards.

    Regarding discussions on the upcoming Lok Sabha elections during the RSS conclave. Mr. Vaidya stated that the Sangh always advocates for maximum voter participation. RSS workers actively engage in creating awareness among citizens about exercising their voting rights.
