The man opted for a delivery service to convey his complaint at an Apple store. The incident was shared on Twitter by a user named Shankar Ganesh. He stated that a man residing in the tech city hired a Swiggy Genie or a Dunzo agent to file his complaint in person at the Apple store. Instead of waiting to connect with a representative, he asked the agent to give his phone to an employee at the Apple store.
The man’s trick to eliminate the automated calls garnered a lot of fans on social media. Many related to the post. They lauded the man and called his idea “brilliant”. Some even thought they should take notes from the sharp man. One user commented, “up next: someone productizing this as a startup (sic).”
