    Actor-politician Govinda was admitted to CritiCare Asia in Mumbai after accidentally sustaining a bullet injury at his home on Tuesday morning. Maharashtra Chief Minister Eknath Shinde reached out to Govinda, inquiring about his health and wishing him a speedy recovery. The incident occurred when Govinda accidentally shot himself in the leg with his revolver.

    The chief minister’s office released a statement, expressing well-wishes on behalf of the state government and the public. Shinde assured Govinda and his family of all necessary assistance and instructed hospital authorities to ensure the actor received the best possible care.

    Shiv Sena spokesperson Krishna Hegde confirmed Govinda’s stable condition and urged fans not to worry. An audio clip from Govinda himself assured his fans that he is doing better after undergoing surgery to remove the bullet.

    According to Govinda’s manager, the accident took place early in the morning while the actor was preparing for a trip to Kolkata. The revolver slipped from his hand and fired a bullet, hitting his leg. Govinda’s nephew, Vinay Anand, also confirmed that the actor’s condition is stable, and he is recovering well.

    Govinda’s family, including his nephew Krushna’s wife Kashmera Shah, visited him at the hospital to show support. Hours after the incident, Govinda thanked everyone for their prayers and expressed gratitude for the care he received.
