    Justin Trudeau may take Jagmeet Singh line and target Hindus in Canada for political survival

    New Delhi: To avoid harassment from pro-Khalistani elements supported by Justin Trudeau, six Indian diplomats, including High Commissioner Sanjay Kumar Verma, have begun preparations to leave Canada. They are expected to return to India by Saturday afternoon, traveling on different and discreet flight routes.

    Following the withdrawal, the Indian diplomatic presence in Canada will be reduced to nine, while Canada will still have 15 diplomats stationed in India. Previously, when relations between the two countries were stable under Trudeau’s leadership, India had 12 resident diplomats in Ottawa, and Canada had 62 resident diplomats in Delhi.

    The Canadian government has broken the unwritten rule of not targeting diplomats with criminal cases. Prime Minister Justin Trudeau is expected to align with Jagmeet Singh’s pro-Khalistani NDP and target Canadian Hindus. Accusing them of opposing Sikhs and Muslims, to ensure his political survival. He is also likely to seek support from other Canadian parties. To blame India for the June 18, 2023, killing of terrorist Hardeep Singh Nijjar.

    To gain favor with radical Sikh supporters, Trudeau has briefed the Five Eyes Alliance on the diplomatic dispute with India. Meanwhile, Pakistan and its deep state are using the National Council of Canadian Muslims to further strain India-Canada relations.
