The All India Muslim Personal Law Board (AIMPLB) has temporarily halted its Waqf (Amendment) Act protest for three days to express solidarity with the victims of the recent terrorist attack in Pahalgam. Condemning the attack as deeply tragic, the Board announced that it is suspending all activities under the Waqf Protection Campaign to show sympathy and support for the victims’ families.

Prominent Muslim organizations, Jamaat-e-Islami Hind and Jamiat Ulama-i-Hind, have strongly condemned the recent terror attack in Pahalgam, labeling it a “dastardly act.” Both groups extended their heartfelt solidarity to the victims and their families, firmly stating that terrorism has no place in a civilized society.

He further demanded that those responsible face the harshest punishment under the law, reinforcing that justice must be served without delay to uphold peace, security, and humanity.
